Parking
Please allow around an hour for the average piercing appointment. The easiest option is to park in a nearby complex:
- Cato Square (underground, off Izett Street)
- Prahran Marker (just off Chapel Street)
Both are paid but reliable.
There is 1 hour free street parking on Commercial Road, Chapel Street, and nearby side streets, however spots are limited and your visit may run longer than the parking time allowed.

- Prahran Station – 5 minute walk
- South Yarra Station – 15 minute walk
TRAM
- Route 72 – out the front on Commercial Road
- Route 78 – around the corner on Chapel Street
BUS
- Route 603 – out the front on Commercial Road
- Route 604 – out the front on Commercial Road
Accessibility
PHYSICAL ACCESS
- Our studio is on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.
- The on site toilets are not accessible. The nearest accessible toilet is in Pran Central (400m away).
- Our piercing beds are height adjustable with sit/lie options. The weight limit is 200–250kg. Let us know if you need alternatives.
- Jewellery displays can be viewed sitting or standing. Stools available on request.
COMMUNICATION & PROCESSING
- Staff can remove masks for lip reading or use text to communicate.
- We’re happy to give information step-by-step or repeat things if needed, just ask anytime.
SENSORY ENVIRONMENT
- Bright overhead lighting is used during procedures.
- We don’t use strong scents, but disinfectant will likely be present in the studio.
- Music is usually pop/rock. We can change volume or genre if needed.
- Quiet rooms are available, just ask if you prefer one.
PROCEDURES & CONSENT
- Consent forms are on tablets. Staff can help if needed.
- We’re happy to keep visuals like needles out of sight, just let us know if that helps you feel more at ease.
- Staff will be wearing face masks during procedures.
- Photos or videos are only taken with your consent.
- Appointment times vary based on the service and your needs. Ask us how long to expect.
INCLUSION & SUPPORT
- Service animals with their ID are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed in the studio.
- You’re welcome to bring a support person with you.
- Clients who are HIV+ are welcome, and there is no need to disclose this information to us.
