  • If you are ineligible for your appointment (including, but not limited to, being underage without consent, lack of ID, late arrival, being intoxicated, or failing to meet health requirements), we may refuse service in line with our Booking, Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
  • Jewellery changes and other non-piercing services may not require parental consent, but all clients must follow our studio rules and health requirements.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and booking information.

Health, Hygiene, and Safety

  • All piercing and related services are provided in accordance with Victorian health, hygiene, and safety laws and regulations.
  • Information provided on our website or by staff (including aftercare advice) is general in nature and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health or piercing concerns.
  • We do not guarantee specific healing outcomes and are not liable for adverse reactions or complications.

Products and Returns

  • Due to health regulations, body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged except as required by law. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
  • Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, services, or opening hours at any time.

Communications & Automation

  • Some communications (including booking confirmations, reminders, and marketing messages) may be sent automatically by our systems.

Conduct
