01. Arrival
You’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly team members, and whether you're excited or nervous, we'll make sure you're comfortable when checking in for your appointment. If there’s a short wait, you’re free to relax or explore our jewellery selection while we prepare for you.
02. Anatomy
Our expert team will assess your anatomy to ensure the piercing is right for you, not just technically, but also aesthetically. They’ll talk through your goals, answer questions, and guide you toward the best outcome for your body and your vision.
03. Jewellery selection
Once your placement is confirmed, you’ll choose your jewellery. We’ll help you select a piece that fits beautifully, supports healing, and reflects your style. Every option meets our strict safety and quality standards, so you can choose with confidence.
04. Consent and prep
You’ll fill out a digital consent form while we sterilise your jewellery and tools in a medical grade autoclave. This happens behind the scenes, but it’s one of the most important parts of our process. Everything we use is freshly prepared, every single time.
05. Setup
Your piercer will invite you into the procedure room and let you know exactly what to expect. Whether you’re sitting or lying down, we’ll make sure you feel informed before anything begins.
06. Marking and cleaning
The area is gently cleaned and the placement of the piercing is clearly marked. We take into account your anatomy, preferences, and overall aesthetic, and we’ll never move forward without your full approval of the placement.
07. The piercing
When you’re ready, we guide you through the process with calm, expert care. The piercing itself is quick and precise, followed by the secure installation of your jewellery. Then we clean the area again and give you a moment to take it all in.
08. Aftercare guidance
You’ll never leave unsure of what comes next. We’ll walk you through your aftercare with clarity and care. Including how to support healing, what to expect, and when to reach out. Your piercer may talk you though this earlier or later in the process, but either way, we always make sure you leave fully informed.
09. You're done
Most piercings require no downtime, so you can carry on with your day, just with a little more confidence than before. And if anything feels unclear later, we’re only ever a phone call or email away.
